Returns After 10 Days:
After the 10-day period, returns will only be accepted for unused products in their original, sealed packaging. A restocking fee of 15% (which includes shipping costs will apply).

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please ship the product back to the address provided.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
After the 10 day period, there are no refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or damaged. We cannot accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
